Happy Chef
Redesign

Working as a Senior Art Director, I lead the UI/ UX/ Development team at Ripen to enhance the online retail experience for Happy Chef Uniforms and created a stronger engagement with their customers. We worked to strengthen the user experience and boost the look and feel of the design. I worked on major enhancements to the retail experience which included a new embroidery feature, check out process, homepage concept and product description page.

Verizon
Social Rewards

Verizon approached Sapient Nitro looking for a way to be the first telecom company to reward their loyal customers for the things they do everyday.  We created their first rewards system from the ground up.  We designed and built a desktop and mobile platform, known as MyRewards+, within the limitations of Verizon’s current framework. The new system included a vast amount of functional components that we worked tirelessly to make into a seamless experience for Verizon customers to enjoy and get something back.

Morgan Stanley
Advisors

Morgan Stanley came to SapientNitro for a refresh of their wealth management financial advisors’ personal pages. After an audit of their current digital design/functionality, we were asked to concept how these new pages functioned and also modernize their overall look and feel. They were so pleased with our work that it was later used by another agency as a creative influence for a complete update to their digital creative.

Sparkology
Redesign

I was approached by the Sparkology team to help them solve a big problem for their business. The current design aesthetic of their landing page and sign up process did not match the ideals that they were looking to portray to their target audience of young urban professionals with degrees from elite universities. We worked together to update not only the design but the brand story and how Sparkology wanted to be perceived within the very crowded market of online dating sites.  Since the redesign and update to the brand message, traffic to the site has more than doubled and bloggers have complemented Sparkology on the new design and experience.
